Reservations and Lodging

A deposit or bank transfer of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation.
Check-in: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out: 12:00 p.m.
In case of cancellation, no charges will apply if notice is given at least 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
Pet deposit: $500 MXN per stay.
Additional person deposit: $500 MXN per room.
Children under 11 years old stay free of charge.
If children are over 10 years old, an additional charge of $500 MXN per child per night applies.
It is not allowed to bring outside food or beverages into the restaurant.

Online Store and Wine Sales

All prices shown include IVA.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically before completing your purchase, based on the customer’s location and the number of products in the cart.
You may also choose the option “Pickup at Xaroma”, with no shipping cost.
Payment methods: credit and debit cards are accepted, and online payments are securely processed through Openpay.
Wine sales are strictly limited to customers over 18 years of age.
Promotions may vary and apply only to purchases made through the official website.

Security, Return, and Cancellation Policies

Xaroma protects the personal and financial information of its customers through encrypted connections and certified processors (Openpay).
Returns of food or beverage products are not accepted, except in cases of evident quality defects or errors in the order.
For exchanges or clarifications, customers must contact administracion@xaromavalle.com within 3 business days after receiving the product.
Cancellations can be requested before the product has been shipped, and the total amount of the order will be refunded.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and shipped within an average of 2 to 7 business days.
Xaroma is not responsible for delays caused by external courier services or force majeure events.

Changes to These Terms

Xaroma reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions.
It is the user’s responsibility to periodically review the content published at https://xaromavalle.com/terminos/
Continued use of the site implies acceptance of any updates.
